An author registration in the conference is mandatory to have the paper included in the conference program and the proceedings. i.e. attendee registration is not entitled for IEEE Xplore paper publication.

Registration Guidelines
At least one author of each accepted paper must register at full fee before 25th September, 2022. Late registration will be permitted upto 30th September, 2022. Papers without at least one registered author will not be included in the final program for presentation and IEEE Xplore publication.
Each full fee registration is entitled to present/publish up to a maximum of one (1) manuscript. A registered author can publish upto a maximum of two (2) more papers using the registration by paying additional charges as given in the registration fee table. The manuscripts may contain a maximum of six pages. Up to two (2) extra pages are permissible with an additional fee to be paid as given in the registration fee table.
